WALKER TAKES CLEAN SHEET AT OPENING ROUND OF BRITISH QX CHAMPIONSHIP

April 5th, 2026.

Harry Walker had the perfect start to his 2026 British Quadcross Championship onslaught today at Culham Moto Parc, making clear his intention to retain his championship crown.

In front of a strong local crowd, the best in British quad racing battled it out on the 2.29km Oxfordshire track.

Twenty-six-year-old Walker set out his stall in qualifying when he posted the fastest lap time of 1:49.906, ahead of Murray Graham and Dafydd Davies.

He then went on to take a solid three wins but didn’t have it all his own way as an on-form former British QX Champ, namely Mark McLernon, led both first and third motos, keeping Walker at bay for four laps in race one and nine of the 13-lap race three, McLernon finished second in both races. Walker posted a straight start-to-finish win in the second race, ahead of McLernon.

Carl Bunce took third in race one with Chad Beevers taking third in the next two quad racing outings.
