Harry Walker rode hard and reaped the rewards of a strong performance in today’s qualifying for the opening round of the 2024 EMX Quad European Championship at Alqueidão, Portugal.

In the first of five rounds, Walker showed great form, behind Italy’s Patrick Turrini, on the undulating Portuguese 1600-metre track. He never gave up until the final qualifying flag fell.

Mark McLernon, Murray Graham and Oli Sansom also featured in the top 15 qualifying positions.

The first quad race takes place at 11.25am on Sunday the 21st of April, followed by race two at 2.10pm (same time as UK).
