Sam Tatler bagged a great set of wins at the opening round of the Nora-MX Quad Championship last weekend at Culham Moto Parc.

Riding a Yamaha YZ450F (converted from a YZ250F), he initially struggled with the gate drop starts, having only had an hour’s training on the new quad prior to the Nora-MX event.

However, a Saturday debrief, change to CST tyres and a machine geometry set-up change to include one of Zip Racing’s Lowboy Hump seats, Sam pulled out three holeshots, three fastest laps and three wins on board his Gelmers Motorsport converted YZ450F Yamaha.

Clearly delighted with his Nora-MX Clubman class success, Tatler said; “I’m really happy with this 2026 first time out result and want to say a massive thank you to all that stand by us.”
