The wet British weather conditions have forced the Nora-MX Club to cancel its first two rounds planned to be held at Grittenham this Easter weekend.

A club spokesman said; “This really is not the post we wanted to be sharing but, after track inspections, and discussions with the land owner, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the event.

“This not a decision we wanted to make. As new owners, cancelling the first event is far from ideal but the pits have a consistent covering of water over them and, with more rain due, it just isn’t viable to run an event while the pits are under water.”

Grittenham entries will be moved to the next two rounds over the weekend of the 5th and 6th of May at Brookthorpe.
