MCLERNON ON CONSISTENT FORM AT ESTONIA

June 18th, 2026.

Mark McLernon was the top UK rider in the sixth round of the FIM Quadcross World Championship, where he battled wet and difficult conditions in Estonia. With Patrick Turnni out of the race, due to a broken wrist, the top contenders had their sights firmly set on gaining ground in the World Championship.

McLernon took a pair of fourth place finishes and fourth overall, increasing his championship points in the process. Harry Walker suffered his second DNF of the season – after keeping a clean sheet for three years – when his quad’s chain snapped in the opening moto. He went on to take seventh in race 2, and 13th overall. He held on to his fourth place in the Championship standings.

Shortly after the race at Estonia, the FIM announced that the VAMAC Circuit de Vennebulten in Varsseveld, the Netherlands would replace the cancelled Heerde event for the ninth and final round of the series over the weekend of the 12th and 13th of September.
