MCLERNON GAINS ADVANTAGE IN BRITISH

July 29th, 2021.

The Waterlooville Motorcycle Club hosted the third round of the ACU British Quadcross Championship last weekend at Cusses Gorse in Wiltshire. Mark McLernon and Dafydd Davies tied on points prior to the meeting, with Oli Sansom in third.

McLernon’s two wins and a second were enough to give him the overall on the day, to lead the championship by 12 points over Davies. Sansom is a further eight points adrift, with Walker, who took the moto two win, lying fourth in the championship. Dean Dillon and Alfie Walker are fifth and sixth.

It could all change this weekend when round four of the British, hosted by Nora-MX, takes place at the old-school motocross circuit, Little Silver, in Devon, alongside Nora-MX club championships.
