Ayrton Knowles set himself a 2025 challenge to contest both the British QX Championship and the super-competitive FIM EMX Quad Championship. The very-newly-turned 25-year-old (today 12th June is his birthday!), introduced an innovative #126 Supporters Club programme, at the start of this year, to help him compete at the very highest level of quad racing. He put together a package whereby those that supported him, were rewarded with merchandise, branding and other valuable incentives (depending on the level of package). Needless to say, his hard work has been rewarded and he is about to embark on the halfway point of the 2025 quad racing season.
Quad-Online caught up with Knowles as he (and dad Keith of KIK fame) took the long trip to Gdansk, in Poland, for the third round of the EMX Quad Championship.
“After two days of travelling and a 900-mile trip we have arrived at Gdansk in Poland. We had a busy few weeks, so were grateful for two weekends off before this round. As always, the nerves are high, which is expected competing against the best riders in Europe. However, this year I am really enjoying the challenge and the experience of doing the European championship. Each weekend is such a great experience and I’m loving spending quality time with my dad on the road to the meetings.
I’d like to give a special mention to all my sponsors and those members of my supporters’ club. None of this would have been possible without you!”
