The second round of the 2024 Dragon Quad Racing British XC Championship got underway at Seals Hill Farm, Chacombe on Sunday 12th May in the blazing sunshine making for some hot and tired riders.
The 4.5-mile track, run in reverse, provided terrific racing conditions for the considerable turnout of riders – many of whom were trying out enduro racing with the club for the first time. Feedback indicated that a great time was had by all.
Jamie Morgan made it two from two with another win in Expert + class followed home by Jonathan McKnight in second with Jake Best in third.
Expert class rider Ethan Best took a closely fought first place with Chris Keitch in second and James Maybury rounding out the top three with another podium finish.
The 250cc youth racing had a great turnout of riders with Freddie Webber taking the win with Luke Waddington Second and Ronnie Burnett third.
