February 5th, 2020.

British Beachcross Events (BXUK) is back for 2020 with a planned three-round UK series for adult quads and solos.

The opening round will get underway over the weekend of the 28th and 29th of March at the popular south-east coastal resort of Margate. This will be followed by a return to Margate and also Bournemouth in the autumn.

The schedule for the weekend will look something like this; Parade to the beach pit area at 8.30am with a return parade at 4.00pm each day. Practice/qualifying and timed practice at 9.00am on the Saturday, with two races per class – A or B, determined from qualifying. The Sunday will feature a 9.00am start for practice, followed by three races – again A or B.

Promoter Tony Nash of BXUK also has plans for a couple of extra feature races and spot prizes. “Riders from across Europe and the UK are excited by the return of BXUK,” said Nash. “I’m confident that, once entries open, the places will go pretty quickly. When it’s full, it’s full!”

An online entry link will soon be available at www.mcfederation.com
