The biggest, and arguably most prestigious, quad-only race in Europe, the 72h Pont de Vaux was held over the weekend of the 21st to 23rd of August 2026 in eastern France.Riders from across England, Ireland, Wales and Scotland have often featured on the various podiums that cater for the 12-hour Mondial du Quad, Kenny Quad and Kids Quad races.
Emma Wray was a part of the winning Ladies team, but elsewhere, 2026 witnessed an unusual lack of Brits on the main Mondial du Quad podium.
There was much to applaud in the Kenny Quad Contest though, as Welshman Jamie Morgan won the overall, Geoff Otway won the Retro and finished third in the Vets, Chris Keitch was runner-up in the Vets, Russ Wells took second in the Handisport, and Nicole Lowry/Ellie Stott rounded out the Ladies podium in third.
On the Youth scene, last year’s Kids Quad winner, Seth Balaam, was second in the Cadets class behind the USA’s Jackson Hancock.
