QUADS TO COUNTY DOWN FOR THIRD ROUND OF ULSTER SERIES

June 20th, 2019.

The 2019 Ulster Quadcross Championship will pitch up at the hillside track of Seaforde, County Down this Saturday, the 22nd of June, for the third round of this increasingly popular series.

The hotly-contested ATVs Only Premier Quad class should once again witness the best racing on the Island, with the likes of Leon Rogers and Dean Dillon going head-to-head with newly-crowned Irish QX Champ Mark McLernon, and an on-form former multi British and Irish champion Justin Reid.

McLernon leads the class by 20 points from Rogers, with Dillon in third. Reid and David Cowan are next up, and there’s still plenty to race for.

The Clubman’s Support Class is led by Jack Young, who is 17 points ahead of Jamie Quinn, with Veteran Kyle Orr in third. In the supporting Youth classes, the 250 Class is led by Mitchel Adams by six points from Josh McKnight with Andrew Black a further five points behind. The 110 Class is led by Chloe Gibson and Harry Minish, on 118 points each, with Tomas McNulty in third on 100 points. The 50cc Automatic class is led by Alfie Brown, with a margin of four points over William McPolan, with Conor Bradley only six behind.

Racing starts at 11.00am. Entry is £5.00 with under 14’s free, and the circuit is signposted from the Butterfly House entrance and Seaforde Village.
