ENDUROLAND UPDATE

April 20th, 2017.

The one-off Enduroland 2017 Quad event for the summer now has a name - The London Quad Scramble. In order to avoid date clashes with other leading quad club events, Enduroland has now settled on the weekend of Saturday and Sunday, the 19th and 20th of August.

Enduroland is looking to join forces with the biggest UK quad club to ensure a decent entry.

The MX meets Enduro format would see riders arrive on the Saturday morning ready for an afternoon open practice session. There would then be a timed sprint lap for each class; 50cc-100cc, 250cc Sportsman/Novice/Ladies, Clubman, 4x4, Pro Elite and Vets.

On the Sunday there will be practice from 9.00am followed by eight races of an enduro/MX hybrid loop of about 10 minutes, which will be fully graded so QX set up quads can enter.

The venue is the popular Northaw Equestrian Centre at Potters Bar in Hertfordshire. The course will include fast, undulating pastures, re-graded ditches and jumps and a man-made arena section.

Entry fee will be £85 for the two days including race licence, although the club does accept IOPD, ACU and AMCA licences.

There will be free camping and a bar if the riders demand one!

Entries are open and reached 20 at the start of this week, so the event is GO.
