CHAMPIONSHIP FINALE HITS THE HEIGHTS

October 6th, 2017.

The 2017 Cromwell Trucks Quad Championship is set for another nail-biting finish at Canada Heights in Kent this Sunday, with everything to play for in the main championship.

Mark McLernon take a single point lead over Paul Holmes into the final event, so it's even money as to who takes the crown.

It's also all to play for the final place on the championship podium, with Davie Cowan sitting in third place in the points with a 13 point lead over Carl Bunce. But last year's U21 Champion Leon Rogers and veteran former cham Justin Reid are all in with a mathematical chance.

The U21 class has been well contested this year, with over a third of the entry eligible for the title. Daffyd Davies has a healthy lead of 43 points over both James Bevan and Harry Walker, so he has to ride with his head to secure the title.

The Rookies Class looks like it has all to play for too, with points leader Brad Frost unlikely to attend and leaving the door open for Callum Bates, Blake McCormick and Alex Bethell all in with a chance of lifting the title.
