Ayrton Knowles is back home again after a return spell in hospital following his ‘off’ last month and subsequent splenectomy. Ayrton was suffering increasing stomach pains and was re-admitted for further observation.


The crash and initial operation had left some internal bleeding which was interfering with the correct functioning of the bowel, but a spell of hospital food and care has got him sorted and he is now back home again and planning to take it easy ahead of a full return to racing next year.
