ALL TO PLAY FOR AT BRITISH QX FINAL

October 11th, 2018.

The final round of the Cromwell Trucks-backed British QX Championship heads to Foxhill Moto Park in Wiltshire this Sunday.

Reigning champ Paul Holmes carries a 40-point lead over second-placed Harry Walker, with Leon Rogers just three points back in third, and Justin Reid a further 31-points adrift. There are 75 points up for grabs over the three motos, and so any one of the top four riders has a mathematical chance of lifting the 2018 title.

In the Willcock Holeformers Under 21 category Walker’s fine form ensured he left Canada Heights with a maximum 75 points, giving him a 26-point cushion over Dafydd Davies going into the final round. Murray Graham sits third in the championship on 280 points.

Championship points: Holmes 291, Walker 251, Rogers 248, Reid 217, Davies 195, George Callaway 184

Under 21 Championship points: Walker 316, Davies 290, Graham 280, Dean Dillon 254, Lorne Sinclair 228, Jamie Bevan 163.

The event will also host the final of the British Sidecar-X Championship.

Gates open at 8.30am. Admission £10 adult, £5 child/OAP, under-5s free. Foxhill Moto Park is near Swindon, post code SN4 0DR.
