WALKER TAKES SECOND OVERALL AND CLOSES GAP ON SECOND IN FRENCH SAND RACING CHAMPIONSHIP

The 2025 EMX Quad European and British Quad Champion, Harry Walker, maintained his 100% podium record at the fourth round of the Championnat de France des Sables (CFS) yesterday Saturday the 6th of December.


Held at Saint-Léger-de-Balson, near Bordeaux, Walker didn’t have the best of starts but worked his way through the claggy field on his Drag’On Racing Laeger’s hybrid. At around half an hour into the two-hour race, he had Frenchman Jérémy Forestier in his sights. He remained focused and was fastest on the track in the second half of the race, passing Forestier and finishing a little over 50 seconds behind series leader and race winner Randy Naveaux.

Taking the second step of the podium, Walker closed the championship gap on second-placed Keveen Rochereau. Walker is now 50 points off Rochereau with two rounds remaining and 1200 points on the table!

The CFS Championship is now taking a break until it returns for round 5 and the penultimate round of theseries on the 10th and 11th of January 2026 at the Gurp TT in Grayan-et-L'Hôpital, in the Médoc, southwest France.
