News just in from France is that the 34th edition of PDV has been postponed to probably the second half of August 2021.

The organiser was set for early June to make a formal decision, however, the recent announcement of an extension to the lockdown, amidst concerns with regard to running sporting events safely, coupled with the significant costs and manpower involved in organising PDV, meant the team had little choice other than to cancel for 2020.

PDV is a popular event for the UK quad racing fraternity. Several UK teams were in the top 40 in 2019 with the QBRUS-supported team of Mark McLernon, Carl Bunce and George Callaway, pictured above with Laurence Stopps, Ant Barrett and Ben Richmond, taking a podium finish with a hard-fought third overall behind two French teams.
